Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations & Merchandising Analyst who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done! This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works!

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving operational performance, with a strong emphasis on merchandising processes such as forecasting, pricing, stock control and logistics
  • Assist in the launch and expansion of merchandising operations in new cities and countries, coordinating requirements across logistics, procurement, finance, marketing and onsite teams
  • Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met and blockers are escalated early
  • Support the creation of forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses and sales dashboards to inform decisions around stock, margins and demand planning
  • Assist in redesigning and optimising merchandising workflows, helping automate processes related to inventory, logistics and reporting
  • Identify inefficiencies across merchandising and operational processes, proposing data-driven solutions and improvements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Originals, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Onsite Ops) and external partners to coordinate tasks, gather requirements and ensure execution consistency across markets

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
  • Strong project management skills and are capable of coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in logistics, operations, retail or merchandising
  • Previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs
  • Experience with ERP systems, POS tools or logistics/stock management software
