Job Description:

The Operations Analysis Senior Specialist will be responsible for leading real-time triage and escalation during DSCSA-impacting incidents. This role requires strong incident management skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of operational events. Candidates should have experience with SAP ATTP and EPCIS data exchange. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with a maximum of 8 years. Job Responsibility:

  • Leading real-time triage and escalation during DSCSA-impacting incidents
  • serving as the single point of command during DSCSA‑impacting incidents
  • leading real‑time triage, escalation, cross‑functional coordination, and executive communication during operational events that impact serialization, EPCIS data exchange, DC receiving/shipping, customer ordering, and returns
  • operating within McKesson’s ITSM and Major Incident Management (MIM) framework
  • partnering closely with Business Operations, IT, SAP ATTP, EPCIS, Infrastructure, Integration teams, and external vendors to drive rapid resolution and continuous improvement
