Job Description

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation. This is a locally employed position. You must have the right to live and work in Costa Rica before applying.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
  • Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
  • Oversee Operation during excursion day and support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur
  • Manage and load all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations
  • Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes
  • Manage amendments and communicate them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimising costs and load factor
  • Responsible for loading pick up times into the system and pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets, including any cash reconciliation

  • Good administration skills, strong planning, organisation and confident with technology
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead
  • A genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality
  • A culturally intelligent individual, exceptional dealing with ambiguity, within a global perspective and a multinational environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish is required
