• Communicating booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams
• Ensure smooth Service Delivery operation
• Manage all reservations in detail
• Monitor that terms and conditions of excursions meet quality standards
• Oversee operation during excursion day
• Support, gather and feedback information of incidents
• Manage and load all bookings into the system
• Manage supplier relations and expectations
• Collect information for invoicing purposes
• Manage amendments and communicate them to Service delivery team
• Load pick up times into the system
• Pre-order attractions entrance tickets
• Handle cash reconciliation
