Operations Agent

• Communicating booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams
• Ensure smooth Service Delivery operation
• Manage all reservations in detail
• Ensure suppliers receive reservations on time
• Monitor that excursion terms and conditions meet quality and operations standards
• Oversee operation during excursion day
• Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accidents
• Manage and load all bookings into the system
• Manage supplier relations and expectations
• Collect information for invoicing purposes
• Manage amendments and communicate them to Service delivery team and suppliers
• Optimize costs and load factor
• Load pick up times into the system
• Pre-order attractions entrance tickets
• Handle cash reconciliation
