Operations Agent

• Co-ordinate confirmed group programs and ensure all hotels and suppliers are booked
• Manage communication with customers before, during, and after travel
• Create and maintain bookings in the system
• Prepare and issue travel documentation, vouchers, and brief tour leaders
• Oversee daily operations of excursions and monitor service quality
• Track online bookings and ensure supplier confirmations
• Support service delivery team with real-time operational changes
• Ensure excursions and transfers meet quality standards
• Manage administrative tasks, invoicing data, and cost reconciliations
• Act as first-line operational support during excursions, transfers, and group tours

• Ability to work as part of a team
• People skills and self-confidence to communicate with team, other departments, suppliers, and customers
• Helpful, flexible regarding working hours and professional personality
• Remain calm in unexpected situations, work well under pressure and offer empathy
• Willing to learn requirements of the position, technology, products and services
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle
