Job Responsibility

Monitoring and follow up of services planned through the multiple suppliers
Coordinating change and replanning during daily operations, for airport and ports and managing last minute bookings and amendments
Ability to think quickly to replan, according to vehicle availability
Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services
Monitoring and managing constantly any changes, modifications and/or cancellations to be updated in the planning system for running a smooth operation
To meet standards with last minute requests (flight delays, crews, etc)
To ensure portfolio benefits of services impacted for invoice purposes

Requirements

Attainment of HKCEE/HKDSE qualification or an equivalent academic standard
Prior experience in related fields such as cargo terminal operations, warehousing, distribution centers, freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics is highly desirable
Must demonstrate responsibility, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively without close supervision (independently)
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese are required
Competency in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Responsibility

Focus on delivering a customer-centric experience within the cargo terminal environment
Manage comprehensive cargo documentation for all import, export, and transshipment activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures
Execute cargo loading plans or specific booking instructions received from customer airlines
Strategically plan and optimize the utilization of cargo capacity and weight for both Unit Load Devices (ULDs) and aircraft loading
Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries, including follow-up on cargo tracing, claims processing, and post-flight handling
Oversee and maintain inventory control for all aircraft and cargo loading equipment
Serve as a key liaison, coordinating with internal teams and external parties on all daily cargo handling and operational matters
Perform other relevant duties as assigned
