Operations Agent

• Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
• Monitor that terms and conditions of excursions meet quality and operations standards
• Overseeing Operation during excursion day
• Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accidents
• Managing and loading all bookings into the system
• Managing supplier relations and expectations
• Guarantee all information is collected for invoicing purposes
• Managing amendments and communicating them to Service Delivery Team and suppliers
