Job Description:

Join our team in Dubrovnik as an Operations Agent. Manage groups, bookings, suppliers, and customer relations for tours and trips. TUI offers a fixed-term contract with training and career development opportunities starting in March 2026.

Job Responsibility:

Organization of groups as their confirmed programs
Check if the hotels are reserved as the requested program and coordinate all the necessary suppliers for the groups (guides, transportation, restaurants, entrances)
Contact with our customers, before, during and after the trip, to manage changes, cancelations, new requests, prepayments, solve problems and handle complaints when necessary
Prepare vouchers and documentation needed for the tour and briefing with the tour leaders / guides prior to starting the tour
Tracking of bookings received through online channels / platforms
Create bookings in our system including all the services required for the program and their corresponding costs
Manage administrative tasks, prepayment and resolve cost discrepancies

Requirements:

Ability to work as part of a team
People skills, self-confidence to communicate with your team, other departments, suppliers, and customers
A genuinely helpful, flexible regarding working hours and professional personality
In unexpected situations remain calm, important work well under pressure and be able to offer empathy to resolve effectively in general – with our team and/or customers
Willing to learn the requirements of the position, the technology needed to perform it and all about our amazing products and services
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Croatian and in English
Full manual driver’s license
