We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents- Excursions in Porec Croatia. You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation
  • Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
  • Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
  • Overseeing Operation during excursion day and Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur
  • Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations
  • Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes
  • Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor
  • Responsible for loading pick up times into the system and pre-ordering attractions entrance ticket
