Operations Agent EAT

• Communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation
• Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
• Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
• Overseeing Operation during excursion day
• Managing and loading all bookings into the system
• Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes
• Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor
• Responsible for loading pick up times into the system
• Solving daily operational incidents to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met
• Liaise & negotiate with suppliers to solve problems
• Valuating & closing excursions according to timelines & accounting needs
• Collaborate with colleagues in other teams & support operations in other areas of Italy
• Offer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team
• Responsible for pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets
• Assist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line
• Guide contracting

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English is required
• Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable
• Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
• Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture
• Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
• A collaborative and great team player
• Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload
