Job Responsibility:
Managing the end-to-end processing of new merchant applications and the updating of existing account data
Operating multiple digital platforms simultaneously to ensure accurate data entry and system synchronization
Documenting and monitoring the lifecycle of all service requests within the internal tracking tools
Meeting department targets by adhering strictly to operational guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Reviewing merchant documentation to ensure all requirements for system activation are fulfilled
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Back-office roles is required
Attention to detail
Time management
Adaptability
Problem-solving
Teamwork
Familiarity with ERP systems
Ability to work in morning shifts (08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00) on a monthly schedule
Previous experience in Customer Service or Back-office activities, preferably related to SME products
Good command of the English language
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking
