Operations Administrator

• Manage Accounts Payable and Procurement tasks, including the processing and recording of invoices and setting up new suppliers
• Handle daily processing of time-sheets and wages via Kronos to ensure timely completion for the national head office
• Assist with the collection and recording of plant and fuel data across various regional transfer stations
• Provide essential administrative relief and backup support for site operations, including assisting with site-flow coordination during peak periods or staff absences
• Assist with end-of-month accounts, reconciliation of site data, and KPI recording
• Act as a professional point of contact for the site, welcoming visitors, managing safety inductions, and handling phone enquiries

• Proven background in a similar administration or professional customer service role
• Strong IT literacy is essential
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Kronos, or specialised industry software is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal communication
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail while multitasking
• A team player who is comfortable with early starts and is flexible to support the broader operational needs of the facility
