A key, pivotal role as an Operations Administrator supporting core administrative functions across resource planning, billing, purchasing, resource consumption, order/ invoice reconciliation, payroll and accounts admin support. Job Responsibility:
Manage Accounts Payable and Procurement tasks, including the processing and recording of invoices and setting up new suppliers
Handle daily processing of time-sheets and wages via Kronos to ensure timely completion for the national head office
Assist with the collection and recording of plant and fuel data across various regional transfer stations
Provide essential administrative relief and backup support for site operations, including assisting with site-flow coordination during peak periods or staff absences
Assist with end-of-month accounts, reconciliation of site data, and KPI recording
Act as a professional point of contact for the site, welcoming visitors, managing safety inductions, and handling phone enquiries
Requirements:
Proven background in a similar administration or professional customer service role
Strong IT literacy is essential
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Kronos, or specialised industry software is highly desirable
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to maintain high attention to detail while multitasking
A team player who is comfortable with early starts and is flexible to support the broader operational needs of the facility
