Titled Operations Administrator, you’ll work with all departments in the company, you’re the focal point of projects, installations, sales, customer service and directors. Spinning many plates, pivoting, you name it, you’re involved.
Job Responsibility:
Work with all departments in the company
Be the focal point of projects, installations, sales, customer service and directors
Coordinate and organise projects
Ensure site staff are on site at the right time with what they need (equipment, RAMs, plans)
Attend site to check access and equipment required
Support directors and the wider team
Requirements:
A couple of years of office administration experience
Experience in a small business in a varied role
Personality, attitude, appetite, and enthusiasm
Ability to thrive in a busy, chaotic environment
Not a 'wall flower'
Does not 'flap' under pressure
'Dog with a bone' type personality
Loves being in the thick of the hustle and bustle
