Operations Administrator

• Act as the primary administrative contact for the distribution center
• Coordinate onsite activities involving visitors, temporary employees, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with local safety and regulatory requirements
• Assist the leadership team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics
• Lead or support projects aimed at improving safety, efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, property management, and internal teams
• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and any construction or expansion projects
• Coordinate employee certifications and training (e.g., dangerous goods, forklift operation)
• Support other departments (Quality, HR, IT) with training coordination, internal initiatives, and company events
• Provide general administrative support, including budgeting, procurement negotiations, and documentation

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
• 1–2 years of experience with graphic software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience managing supplier/vendor relationships
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (French and English) – required

Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and methodology is a strong asset
