We are looking for a skilled and motivated Operations Administrator to join our team in Tampa, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate travel arrangements for office staff
Oversee office functions and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Utilize software tools, including QuickBooks and Office Suite, to manage office processes and documentation
Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist in cross-training efforts to enhance team capability and adaptability
Handle advanced administrative functions while preparing to eventually supervise additional administrative support
Contribute to fostering a detail-oriented yet construction-style work environment
Support leadership and management in achieving organizational goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
Proficiency in Office 365 and QuickBooks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a construction-style work environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle advanced administrative tasks
