Job Description

Join UAL’s Fashion, Textiles & Technology Institute (FTTI) at our East Bank campus. The post holder will provide administrative support to UAL FTTI, including diary management for the Director of FTTI. A highly motivated individual, you will provide support to UAL FTTI, identifying and allocating appropriate levels of resource accordingly. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing institute at the forefront of creative Research & Development, working with leading academic and industry partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to UAL FTTI, including diary management for the Director of FTTI

  • Support the Director by managing a fast-paced diary and team inbox
  • Be the go-to contact for enquiries, connecting people across FTTI and the university
  • Keep systems, information, and CRM data organised, accurate, and impactful
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and global partnerships, preparing agendas, managing logistics
  • Bring creativity to communications, helping produce engaging reports and documents
  • Support recruitment and inductions
  • Help deliver standout events and projects

  • Assist in the preparation and dispatch of physical or digital contract packs to clients
  • Liaise with Estimating, Drafting, Tender, and Contract teams to ensure timely receipt of documentation
