Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain professional documents such as Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, flowcharts and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support internal communications and ensure timely dissemination of information
  • Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager and supervisors
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Experience in calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Proven experience in written and verbal communication with senior management
  • Candidates will be required to complete an intensive skills assessment—designed to rigorously evaluate advanced Excel proficiency, high-level logical reasoning, and exceptional attention to detail—with a 90% cumulative score needed to pass
