Job Responsibility

  • Smart Scheduling: Planning and optimizing daily runs, linehaul operations, and local delivery schedules to maximize efficiency
  • Operational Admin: Preparing accurate driver manifests, cross-docking paperwork, and ensuring full compliance with transport regulations
  • Track & Trace: Utilizing modern transport management systems (TMS) and freight scanning technologies to monitor freight status and provide real-time updates to the customer service team
  • Driver & Yard Liaison: Serving as the central point of contact for truck drivers, forklift operators, and freight handlers to keep loading and dispatch timelines on target
