Job Responsibility

  • Provides administrative support to the Director of Engineering, Director of Food & Beverage, and Executive Chef
  • coordinates vendor visits, service appointments, and job applicant outreach
  • processes purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records for tools, supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • supports daily shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
  • schedules preventive maintenance tasks and tracks completion of work orders
  • inspects all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
  • checks staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support preferably in hotel or hospitality settings
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • honesty and integrity in handling financial transactions
  • prior administrative experience in a hospitality or related environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
