Job Responsibility:
Provides administrative support to the Director of Engineering, Director of Food & Beverage, and Executive Chef
coordinates vendor visits, service appointments, and job applicant outreach
processes purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records for tools, supplies, equipment, and uniforms
supports daily shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
schedules preventive maintenance tasks and tracks completion of work orders
inspects all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
checks staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support preferably in hotel or hospitality settings
ability to work collaboratively within a team
strong attention to detail
excellent verbal and written communication skills
capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
honesty and integrity in handling financial transactions
prior administrative experience in a hospitality or related environment
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle confidential information with discretion
basic understanding of budgeting and payroll processes
