Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Administrative Assistant to support our COO at SellCord. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks including email inboxes, Google Calendars, scheduling meetings, following up on open projects, and arranging travel. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn the ins and outs of operations at SellCord to support our operations team.

Job Responsibility

  • Ability to manage COO’s Gmail inbox, Google calendars, travel requests, and department level purchases
  • Manage multiple projects utilizing project management tools and status dashboards, following up with cross functional teams members as needed
  • Join internal and external meetings as a note taker to capture action items and assign deliverables to team members
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Draft internal communications and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative position, ideally as an executive assistant or project management
  • Strong proactive, problem solving abilities
  • Proficient in Gsuite including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheet
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be highly organized
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to learn our business operations
  • This role requires fluency in English
