Job Description:

The Operations Admin classifies and verifies wind turbine downtime data while providing reporting and operational support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Primary responsibility is to classify wind turbine down time in data reporting systems
  • Verify accurate downtime classification for multiple wind power plants
  • Provide periodic reporting of energy deliveries, plant performance, and downtime
  • Interface with Engineering, Legal, Development staff, Asset Management and other individuals, both internal and external
  • Understand all EDP’s applications: OPMS, Appian, Concur, Campus Online, & SCADA/VOB etc
  • Provide administrative support
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 4+ years in a technical industry
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP, PowerBI
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products
  • Competency in Analytical problem solving, strong communication, customer/partner relationships, and technology expertise
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to organize and maintain a fluid administrative process
  • Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent inter-personal, time-management, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to perform duties independently
  • Demonstrated efficiency in managing multi-disciplinary tasks
  • Exemplary standards of integrity, honor, safety, management, ethics, quality, and productivity
  • Experience making travel arrangements using web-based resources
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
