We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to support the company’s daily administrative, operational, and human resources activities. This position is based in Montréal - Quartier Rosemont. This is a versatile and pivotal role, ideal for an organized, autonomous, and discreet individual who values efficiency and wishes to grow within our office located in Montréal - Quartier Rosemont. You will be at the heart of our operations: employee onboarding, tracking government filings, recruitment support, and general administrative coordination.
Job Responsibility:
Full coordination of onboarding (computer, phone, access, emails)
Updating employee files
Tracking correspondence with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
Administrative management of government files or notices
Coordination with the immigration consultant
Collection and transmission of required documents
Monitoring deadlines and communicating with the employees concerned
Ordering office supplies
Document preparation
Support to management
Requirements:
Perfectly bilingual (French / English)
5+ years of experience in administration or HR coordination
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Resourcefulness, autonomy, and a sharp sense of priorities
Absolute discretion in handling confidential information
Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft 365, HR platforms)
