You keep the engine room of weVLC running. Every property we buy, renovate, rent, or sell generates contracts, payments, notary appointments, insurance, utilities, and follow-ups with public administrations. You own that flow. You will work inside the Finance & Admin team, reporting to our Finance Lead, and side by side with the Project and Living teams. The work is varied, real, and meaningful. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career here, not just complete an internship.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate property purchase and sale processes
Manage contracts and documentation
Handle utilities, insurance, IBI, and communities of owners
Prepare payments and financial basic reports
Support the monthly closing
Run basic cost tracking and simple analyses in spreadsheets
Manage office and warehouse administration
Use AI and automation tools to make every process faster and more reliable
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Law, Business Administration, or similar
Available full time for 5+ months and able to sign a university internship agreement
Native Spanish and fluent English
Organized and detail oriented
Reliable with follow-up
Comfortable picking up the phone to call town halls, notaries, insurers, and suppliers
Driven to explore AI to optimise your processes
Nice to have
Accounting or finance basics are a big plus
Experience in ERP Holded is a plus
