Job Responsibility

  • Leading and motivating a small team to deliver safe, fun, and memorable experiences for guests
  • Managing site operations including staffing, logistics, health & safety, and customer service
  • Ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard and ready for action every day
  • Handling bookings, enquiries, and customer feedback with professionalism and care
  • Increasing bookings by promoting experiences to corporate businesses
  • Supporting marketing and promotional activities to grow the business

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or events
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
  • Candidates must be 25 years or older due to insurance requirements
  • An existing Enhanced DBS or happy for us to process one for you
