Be the vital link between operational teams, project workstreams and leadership during a site-wide IT integration built around SAP S/4HANA. You will coordinate change activities, track adoption, produce clear communications and ensure new processes stick in day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with shop-floor and functional teams to visualise upcoming process changes and system impacts
Translate technical requirements into concise SOPs, user guides and quick-reference material
Provide hands-on post-implementation support to reinforce adoption and capture lessons learned
Build and maintain dashboards that track change-adoption KPIs, training completion and communication reach
Prepare status packs for the Operational Change Manager and Site Integration PM
flag risks and delays early
Schedule and facilitate workshops, briefings and feedback sessions
Localise and adapt training material (FR/ENG) in close cooperation with subject-matter experts
Deliver or support end-user sessions and “hyper-care” clinics
Draft newsletters, intranet posts and presentation decks
execute multi-channel communication plans
Act as first point of contact for change-related questions from business leaders, SMEs and end users
Build trusted relationships across IT, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Engineering
Collect feedback, analyse sentiment and recommend improvements to sustain positive site culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication, Business, HR, Engineering or related field
4–6 years’ hands-on experience in internal/operational communications, change coordination or project support within a manufacturing or regulated environment
Comfortable with ERP-driven transformation
SAP S/4HANA exposure a plus
Proficient in SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint and basic project-management tools
Strong analytical and organisational skills
able to multitask in a fast-moving programme
Excellent written and verbal communication in French & English
Dutch is an advantage
