Job Responsibility

  • Deliver practical and engaging training across multiple departments
  • Lead inductions for new starters and agency colleagues
  • Train, assess and re-certify colleagues on MHE
  • Make sure everything we do is safe, compliant and by the book
  • Keep training records accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with teams like Health & Safety, HR and Operations
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and raise standards
  • Help make sure mandatory training is completed across your shift

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence
  • An accredited MHE Instructor qualification (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)
  • Experience operating a range of manual/material handling equipment
  • A strong understanding of UK health & safety
  • Experience delivering practical training (and the odd PowerPoint!)
  • Confidence building relationships across different teams
  • The ability to create and update training materials

Nice to have

  • Manual Handling Instructor qualification
  • A Level 3 Assessing qualification (or similar)
  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
