Job Responsibility

  • Operate, maintain, and fine-tune state-of-the-art process equipment to ensure peak performance
  • Lead equipment changeovers and perform preventative/predictive maintenance to keep our facility running smoothly
  • Ensure all packaging and production activities meet strict GMP, safety, and quality standards
  • Use your eye for detail to complete production logs and even help write or revise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for new processes
  • Utilize industry-standard software like SAP and IMS for daily computer-related tasks
  • Act as a problem-solver by identifying and fixing equipment or process issues on the fly

Requirements

  • 2–3 years as a Machine Operator in a production environment
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools for troubleshooting and changeovers
  • Must be able to work a weekly rotating shift schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and proven technical competency
  • A proactive, self-managed team player with a 'can-do' attitude
