Job Responsibility:
Progressing all administration required to support Guardian’s Customer Service proposition and achieve the target business outcomes
Working closely with the Front Office team to provide support to advisers and customers accurately and compliantly
Delivering outstanding service to Financial Advisers and Policyholders
Helping to resolve queries via phone, email, webchat, and post
Requirements:
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
Positivity, energy, and the ability to manage your own workload
Team spirit and resilience when dealing with challenging queries
Experience in an administrative team
