The individual will deliver coaching on a one-to-one basis in accordance with an agreed plan based on the full spectrum of MIS reports that are available and support new engineers within the allocated area. The overall objective of the coaching role is to work with Service Delivery Operational teams to improve the quality and safety in the network and to drive customer centric behaviour. The support Coach will also be involved in rolling out in-field changes to process, new ways of working and new equipment changes, re-assessments, and restoration of any revoked licences.
Job Responsibility
Deliver coaching on a one-to-one basis in accordance with an agreed plan based on the full spectrum of MIS reports
Support new engineers within the allocated area
Work with Service Delivery Operational teams to improve quality and safety in the network and drive customer centric behaviour
Roll out in-field changes to process, new ways of working and new equipment changes, re-assessments, and restoration of revoked licences
Promote a positive and professional image of the department by adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards
Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports
Work safely within MJ Quinn’s values and operational policies
Maximise performance and delivery of individual engineers through high quality, supportive coaching interventions
Provide feedback to Management Team on all coaching interventions
Make full use of the FPQS system for recording visits and registering issues and resolutions
Support new engineers adapting to the working environment and developing skills and aptitude
Support engineers in understanding new products and training on new products
Deliver local training in the form of coaching workshops
Carry out planned field-based assessment and accreditation programmes
Carry out engineers’ Post Training Event evaluation, monitoring, and coaching
Carry out retrospective Quality Checks on engineers’ work
Adhere to MJ Quinn Quality Standards
Comply with MJ Quinn Company Handbook, Policies and Procedures
Adhere to all relevant data protection, data security, cyber security and access to data policies
Requirements
Experience in a similar role
Proven background experience in coaching telecoms engineers
