Based in our Wigan office, this is a key role within the department and will contribute to improving key department metrics in revenue generation, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Reporting to the General Manager, The Operations Support Analyst will provide operational support to the department through continual monitoring of systems, data analysis and process optimisation. This role is office based working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring and analysis of daily operational data – communicating any discrepancies with potential recommendations
Work with the operations department to ensure that solution functionality meets the business requirement
Provide regular and ad-reporting as required by stakeholders within the department
Collaborate with various internal stake holders to ensure operational performance is maintained, by communicating relevant information
Utilising data, provide recommendations to assist in scheduling
Ensure that equipment uptime levels are maintained at the required business standard
Proactively identify operational issues, troubleshooting and resolving were appropriate
Working closely with the General Manager to identify areas of improvement
Ensure business and sector regulations are adhered to at all time
Requirements:
Experience working in operations
Keen eye for detail
Proven track record of interpreting data and creating reports essential to a business operation, ideally within the parking or facilities management sector
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organisational and communication skills
