Operational Support Agent

• Carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers and other company equipment
• Ensure patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI’s
• Complete report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructed
• Report to line manager any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve as well as any irregularities
• Maintain a standard of deportment and behavior that will always represent the company in the best possible manner
• Work at the reception desk dealing with customer payments, pre-bookings and using credit card machines and cash handling
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer care
• Assist with the cleaning of the car park including litter picking and cleaning of all public areas
• Carryout Enforcement within the Car Parks
• Comply with Transport Regulations, Company Procedures, Health & Safety Law and HAL Regulations

• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Valid UK Driving License
• Flexibility to work in all areas of Heathrow across the business
• Willingness to work overtime
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to use a two-way radio (Training will be given)
• Must be able to work as part of a team and also lone working
• Knowledge of Heathrow Airport plus local area would be an advantage
