Requirements

Following an IT-related study with a minimum level of MBO 3 and the internship is part of your educational program
Demonstrate ability to handle end-user requests
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in Dutch and English)
Knowledge with electrical devices and computer hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers and peripherals
Any experience with ticketing system is a plus
Has the ability to deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism while often maintaining confidentiality

Job Responsibility

Handle end-user requests and provide technical support
