Job Description

Marston Holdings is seeking an Operational Services Administrator to join our Criminal Fines, Liability Orders and Road Traffic team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, working with a range of stakeholders to support operational delivery and achieve positive outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a varied caseload and helping drive cases through to resolution
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, enforcement agents and internal departments
  • Investigating queries, resolving issues and identifying practical solutions
  • Coordinating activities with external partners, including enforcement agents, auction houses and service providers
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring information is updated promptly
  • Supporting operational performance through effective administration and organisation
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and service standards
