Job Description:

The Operational Risk Management (ORM) Structures and Taxonomies team is looking for a senior risk manager to help drive the implementation of Bowtie methodology across Citi’s ORM programs.

Job Responsibility:

Helping drive key bowtie requirements (tech and non tech) to Operational Risk programs, to include consistent identification and capture of cause, event and impact(s)
Ensuring training, procedures and overall guidance is in place prior to deployment
Coordinate and lead quality review during a 12-18 month sustainability period
During and post sustainment period, continue to maintain a strategy with key stakeholders for effective (and timely) implementation of additional data to key reports

Requirements:

Strong Operational Risk acumen, to include deep understanding of Operational Risk programs/frameworks
Previous project management skills
Ability to influence and communicate effectively across senior levels
Ability to consistently shift from tactical to strategic objectives (and vice versa)
Excellent problem-solving ability
Proven effective leadership skills
