Job Description:

The Technology and Cyber Compliance and Operational Risk Office (TCCORO) at Citi is the firm's reliable second set of eyes. Our mission is to drive comprehensive practices to identify, measure, monitor, report and manage operational and compliance risks while promoting implementation of actions to address root causes which may lead to unintended operational losses or regulatory breaches.

Job Responsibility:

Manages internal projects on threat issues
Establishes and oversees application of compliance and technology/cyber policies
Independently assesses technology/cyber risks
Leads independent assurance activities
Monitors and challenges Key Risks and associated Key Risk Indicators
Identifies potential risks with program/project delivery
Leads second line of defense technology/cyber assessments
Assesses risks with new initiatives and programs
Challenges design and adequacy of control environment
Executes ad-hoc activities for TCCORO organization

Requirements:

10+ years relevant experience
Deep knowledge of products within the coverage area
Experience in technology and/or cyber risk assessments, metrics, enterprise technology services
In-depth knowledge of technology and/or cyber risks and controls
Subject matter expert in industry standard risk management frameworks (ISO27001, COBIT, TOGAF, CRI)
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
Relevant certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, PMP) a plus

Nice to have:

Master's degree

Strong interest in the field and passion for risk management
