Job Description:

The Technology and Cyber Compliance and Operational Risk Office (TCCORO) at Citi is the firm's reliable second set of eyes. Our mission is to drive comprehensive practices to identify, measure, monitor, report and manage operational and compliance risks while promoting implementation of actions to address root causes. TCCORO provides specialist subject matter experts to challenge Enterprise, Infrastructure, Operations and Technology entities across the firm.

Job Responsibility:

Manages internal projects on threat issues
Establishes and oversees application of compliance and technology/cyber policies and procedures
Independently assesses technology and/or cyber risks
Leads independent assurance activities including substantive and controls testing
Monitors, evaluates, and challenges Key Risks and associated Key Risk Indicators
Identifies potential risks associated with program/project delivery
Leads various second line of defense technology/cyber assessments
Assesses technology/cyber risks associated with new initiatives
Challenges design, adequacy and strength of control environment
Executes ad-hoc activities for TCCORO organization

Requirements:

10+ years relevant experience
Deep knowledge of products within the coverage area
Technical understanding of current and emerging trends
Experience in technology and/or cyber risk assessments, metrics, enterprise technology services, risks, and controls
In-depth knowledge of technology and/or cyber risks and controls across various information system architecture and engineering domains
Subject matter expert in one or more industry standard risk management frameworks
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
Exceptional relationship management skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex topics
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
Relevant certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, or PMP) a plus

Strong track record in technology and/or cyber risk management
Strong technical background
