Job Description:

This senior management-level position requires managing a team, achieving results through client engagement, operational leadership, and regulatory interaction. The focus is on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and the OCC, understanding their needs, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations, and being available for in-person meetings on short notice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key US clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
  • proactively identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and discuss future needs
  • gather client feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify new business opportunities
  • act as the primary operational point of contact for the OCC, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • proactively address regulatory inquiries and requests
  • stay informed of regulatory changes and ensure operational compliance
  • participate in regulatory meetings and presentations
  • build a strong leadership team, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and engaging work environment
  • determine and implement the strategic approach for Agency & Trust and DR services
  • manage high-priority projects, supporting internal and external corporate clients
  • oversee results, budget, planning, and policy formulation for the team
  • articulate complex recommendations, negotiating with senior leaders and building trust across regions
  • lead mobility, diversity, training, compliance, and risk & control initiatives
  • develop partnerships with Technology, Compliance Risk, Finance, HR, and key internal stakeholders
  • appropriately assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
  • increase productivity and efficiencies using metrics to identify and validate potential solutions
  • deliver a robust control environment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including client relationship management, operational leadership, and regulatory interaction
  • 5+ years of experience with Agency & Trust and DR products is strongly preferred
  • experience in management with Banking and Financial Institutions, with prior exposure to Debt issuance, CLOs, DRs, and related structures
  • demonstrated success dealing with senior and executive management, clients, and regulators
  • proven ability to manage concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
  • effective project management, negotiation, and client communication skills
  • consistently demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication
