Operational Readiness Senior Analyst

• Drive initiatives and provide subject matter expertise
• Manage initiatives and enhancements to current processes
• Develop and roll out robust, highly control focused environment
• Ensure seamless completion of client implementations, technology deployment and Regulatory/Mandatory changes
• Partner with Client Implementations, Technology and the Business
• Participate as part of the wider Operational Readiness Team
• Form effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Produce/review user stories
• Coordinate and/or perform testing
• Coordinate implementation of new developments
• Work with technology and product colleagues to develop robust, stable and scalable solutions
• Ensure all solutions are appropriately documented and communicated
• Assist Operations with co-ordination of release planning, execution and post-implementation review
• Ensure core Operations staff readiness for implementation
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
• Engage in Product Reviews and deal review discussions
• Provide leadership and ownership in crisis situations
• Manage to tight deadlines and budget commitments
• Keep abreast of all Regulatory and Industry changes

• Minimum 8 years of relevant Custody Operations / Business Analysis or Project Management experience
• Proven large team leadership experience in a dynamic environment across a regional footprint
• Experienced in Agile methodology
• Custody experience and detailed understanding of Operational organization and client needs
• Strong technical knowledge of Custody products and regional regulatory requirements
• Ability to establish and build trust with clients and senior leaders
• Strong communication, advisory and influencing skills
• Strong client service orientation
• Proven ability to lead cost saving and/or risk mitigation initiatives
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize within aggressive deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving techniques
• Results oriented, creative and resourceful problem solver
• Data analysis, process mapping skills
