Join Barclays Operational Readiness and Transformation team as an Operational Readiness, AVP. where you will play a central role in overseeing and delivering change projects that keep our organization moving forward. In your role, you'll help us ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will support strategic Operational Readiness and Transformation work across US Corporate Bank Operations, driving continuous improvement by assessing current processes, shaping future state operating models, and ensuring that change is effectively embedded across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing and delivering change projects
  • Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Supporting strategic Operational Readiness and Transformation work across US Corporate Bank Operations
  • Driving continuous improvement by assessing current processes
