We’re looking for a skilled and detail‑driven Operational Process Technician to join our high‑performing manufacturing team. This newly created role reports to our Production Manger - Supplements. In this hands‑on role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our processes run smoothly, safely, and in line with quality and GMP standards. Working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams, you’ll support continuous improvement and help deliver high‑quality products to consumers across New Zealand, Australia, and more than 30 countries worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate, monitor, and support manufacturing processes in line with SOPs and GMP requirements
  • Ensure accurate completion of production and process documentation
  • Identify and troubleshoot process issues, escalating where required
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and actively contribute to a safe workplace
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, team-based environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or manufacturing environments
  • A strong understanding of process control, quality, and compliance (GMP experience preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid literacy and numeracy skills

  • Compile comprehensive list of airworthiness directives, alert service bulletins and optional service bulletins, document preservation, maintenance or inspections of Aircraft, Engine(s), Dynamic components, Main or Tail rotor blades, component changes as applicable in respective component log cards for final conformity of Aircraft
  • Issue TCCA Form Ones, conformity inspection records, airworthiness approvals of new products and articles, return to service of inspected products and articles, that conform to the approved type design requirements and are in a condition for safe operation using procedures
