Job Description

The purpose of this role will be to ensure that all returnable packaging goods within the ASML Wilton network are planned, designed, purchased and available at the right time and in the right place to support factory and service requirements, in a compliant, timely and cost effective manner. Ultimately meeting our Stakeholders and suppliers needs and agreed upon SLA's. Establishing pool size analytics to review pool size, demand from various business entities, evaluate pool performance vs expected cycle times and then make recommendations for changes / purchases.

Job Responsibility

  • Pool size analytics - development and adoption of analytical tools to evaluate and track move rate (demand) and Cycle time performance
  • Track actuals vs forecast vs commitments on budgeting tool
  • Monthly tracking of budget reallocation of expected spend and reporting of variance / trend analysis
  • Enter plan values-Projection of total dollar amount needed based of RTM calculator
  • Calculation of optimal pool size - resulting in business recommendations for changes to pool size
  • Calculation of quantity to order against DGM/ISCP/TAP from business lines
  • Conducting bi annual and spot stock counts to ensure inventory validity - check of pool size
  • Creation of motivation slides for monthly capex approval
  • Demand Creation / evaluation of factory and serv planning
  • Tracking the timing of the physical arrival of 12NC’s in excel spreadsheet- Ensure PO was kicked out to supplier and communicate issues due to lead time
  • Effectively managing to forecast to procure activities of packaging
  • Warehouse ticket creation for missing GR
  • FSAP transactions- STOs and MIGOS – GR and Gi activities to support cross departmental actions
  • Ensuring proper packaging introduction at packaging supplier: Cleaning grade, delivery address, ETA etc
  • Pool management activities across suppliers, 3pl and other stakeholders
  • Evaluation of repair parts inventories, to include recommendations of stock strategies balancing capital requirements vs backlog of repair activities
  • Ensuring MRP integrity: confirming, pushing/pulling orders and ensuring supplier order book validity, PO confirmation
  • Able to lift 35 lbs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelors is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of planning experience
  • SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word a plus
  • High level of competence in spreadsheet capabilities
  • Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work
  • Excellent computer proficiencies - specifically spreadsheet or database management
  • Can learn and apply new information or skills
  • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
