Job Description:

Operational Performance Analyst to join our Operations Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division. In this role, you will play a key part in documenting, standardizing, developing, and monitoring business processes, work instructions, and quality documents. You will ensure process consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement across the company, working closely with all departments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recording, developing, updating, and standardizing processes, work instructions, and quality documents
  • Mapping processes using MS Visio or equivalent tools and maintaining version-controlled documentation
  • Monitoring the implementation of processes and changes in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Supporting initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitating effective cross-department communication to align actions and priorities
  • Assisting in the development, tracking, and reporting of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience as an operations analyst or in a similar position
  • Strong experience in process documentation and mapping (MS Visio or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organization, planning, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions
