Job Description

Under the management of the Product Marketing Manager, you will participate in the growth of our expertise services business, a strong driver of momentum for the Group. You will create, manage, and deploy innovative offerings, in collaboration with the sales teams, to respond to strategic market challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify market trends and opportunities related to data, AI, and IoT in the industry and propose areas of innovation to enhance the service offering through emerging technologies
  • Design, structure, and deploy offerings that integrate data, AI, and connected object solutions (business plans, specifications, use cases)
  • Oversee the launch of offerings and coordinate cross-functional actions with the data, IT, and sales teams
  • Use data from connected devices to analyze the performance of offerings and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop reporting and visualization tools for monitoring KPIs
  • Train and support the sales force in the use of data/AI solutions
  • Explain technical concepts to internal teams and customers

Requirements

  • Master's degree in marketing, data, IT, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 7 years' experience as a product manager, ideally in the design and deployment of service offerings related to technical systems in a B2B environment
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, data, and connected objects
  • practical experience in these areas is a major asset
  • Fluency in English and French (minimum B2 level) due to the international nature of the position

  • Experience in cross-functional data/AI or digital transformation project management
