Ansar Projects are recruiting an Operational Manager. This is rare and exciting opportunity to join an outstanding company and senior management team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Location: Homebased with frequent travel within Ansar Projects

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and managing several Support Managers and the teams they oversee who are providing support to people with Learning disabilities
  • Working as part of the Senior management team

Requirements

  • Driver, full UK driving licence is essential
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willing to obtain
  • Previous experience in providing supported living and community support for people with a Learning Disability and complex needs in a management role
  • Knowledge of CQC regulatory framework
  • Great communication skills
  • Adaptable to manage diverse teams
  • Computer literate and competent in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to record and report on data
  • Passionate about ensuring people with learning disabilities are at the forefront of designing their own support
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Able to evaluate and manage the compliance of quality assurance systems including audits and reviews
