Job Responsibility
Leading and managing several Support Managers and the teams they oversee who are providing support to people with Learning disabilities
Working as part of the Senior management team
Maintaining outstanding quality of support
Being part of developing further opportunities to provide support for more people
Building positive and reciprocal relationships that benefit Thera, particularly with other support services and within virtual networks
Taking personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
Managing time, prioritising work effectively
Remaining focused when faced with competing demands
Evaluating and managing the compliance of quality assurance systems including audits and reviews
Requirements
Driver, full UK driving licence is essential
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willing to obtain
Previous experience in providing supported living and community support for people with a Learning Disability and complex needs in a management role
Knowledge of CQC regulatory framework
Great communication skills
Adaptable to manage diverse teams
Computer literate and competent in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Able to record and report on data
Passionate about ensuring people with learning disabilities are at the forefront of designing their own support
Flexible approach to working hours
Able to evaluate and manage the compliance of quality assurance systems including audits and reviews
