Thera North has an exciting opportunity available for an Operational Manager to join an outstanding charity and senior management team. You will join us on a full-time, fixed permanent basis. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing several Support Managers and the teams they oversee who are providing support to people with Learning disabilities. The role will involve working as part of the Senior management team, maintaining outstanding quality of support and being part of developing further opportunities to provide support for more people.

Requirements:
Driver, full UK driving licence is essential
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willing to obtain
Previous experience in providing supported living and community support for people with a Learning Disability and complex needs in a management role
Knowledge of CQC regulatory framework
Great communication skills
Adaptable to manage diverse teams
Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Passionate about empowering people with learning disabilities
Flexible approach to working hours
Able to evaluate and manage compliance of quality assurance systems
