Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Operational Manager - US Clinical. This is an onsite position at our Shawnee, KS facility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Will work across large teams and collaboratively amongst the business unit to provide strong operational leadership
  • Manages day to day business operations including people, process and financials
  • Ensures efficiency and improves productivity across all departments and within all teams
  • Monitors budgets, maintains internal and external stakeholder relationships and ensures financial goals are met or exceeded
  • Develops strategies and policies to ensure smooth day to day operations amongst on site and remote teams
  • Bridge the gap between Executive leadership and operational staff maximize execution and profitability

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications to include a business or science degree, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years experience in operational management of regulated services, animal health, lab or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
  • Proven experience managing large scale business operations to include people, process, and financials
  • A collaborative working style to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels and across all functions in an organization
  • Strong ability to work directly with accounting, finance teams, and operational staff
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Results oriented
  • Defines and plans priorities well
