Job Description

Operational Excellence Specialist – Focus on Technical Project Delivery. Play a critical role in managing and implementing strategic initiatives from operating model improvements to technical migrations and large-scale rollouts. Work hands-on with project delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology execution, and driving change that sticks.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage projects including technical migrations, platform rollouts, and process implementation initiatives
  • Drive structured project execution from scoping and planning to implementation, monitoring, and handover
  • Support strategy execution by aligning stakeholders, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Define and embed best practices in project governance, change management, and operational excellence
  • Develop and continuously improve value-stream-based operating model

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business-related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience leading projects or workstreams in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Migration and implementation experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives
  • Experience with agile transformation, operating model implementation, or systems integration is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
  • Business fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Ensure the appropriate loss analysis is provided on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
