  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, GLP) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Business level proficiency or higher in Japanese and English
  • Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
