Operational Excellence Manager

• lead the implementation of the TUI Airline Operational Excellence programme
• promote and develop an Operational Excellence culture
• define and implement comprehensive KPIs
• analyse operational performance data and develop hypotheses to test using data science tools
• build strong relationships with stakeholders across TUI Airline and markets
• lead and guide high-performing teams

• airline, transformation, and leadership experience
• ability to think strategically, commercially, and operationally
• logical thinker who can generate ideas, solve problems, and provide alternatives while maintaining attention to detail
• strong communicator with experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
• excellent judgment and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• self-motivated leader who takes initiative and works collaboratively with a track record of leading and developing teams
• strong business English skills (both spoken and written) and the ability to operate across source markets with multiple stakeholders
• previous experience working within an Operations Control Centre (OCC) is desirable
